Typography, colours, logos, content and products and services should all be directed towards a certain target audience, so if you don’t’ yet fully understand who your target audience is, you will need to find out quickly, otherwise you could find your business’s sales falling.

Different target audiences have different tastes, and a business’s web design should ideally try to be as enjoyable and as engaging as it can be, because otherwise you may not be able to find the sales you need.
